How to start CrossFit?

GETTING STARTED

We realize that CrossFit looks intimidating from the outside, but you’ve got to experience it to truly appreciate it.     You will workout with coach Ben and learn the basic movements.    You will be instructed on the proper mechanics and techniques for many of the Olympic and powerlifting movements used in our workouts.
