What Is the Primal Diet?

Primal is basically the same type of eating whole unprocessed foods as the Paleo diet, however if you tolerate it, it includes eating Dairy products. Mark Sisson of Mark’s Daily Apple is the author of The Primal Blueprint, and between he and Robb Wolf, they cover it pretty well.
